Dr Neal is an interactive and very entertaining conference energizer. If your conference needs a kick-start or an entertaining break which gets the audience involved, then Dr Neal could be the solution. In this edutainment concept Dr Neal plays the part of either a crazy motivational speaker or a well-respected psychologist - but the audience doesn't know that it's a parody.

There are 2 basic versions of Dr Neal's talk:

1. A motivational seminar
2. A workshop on safety (HMS)

For the motivational seminar Dr Neal teaches participants his crazy – and very funny - techniques which he says will improve creativity and communication skills.

For his talk on safety - because most accidents are caused by human error due to stress - participants take part in his bizarre exercises which he says will reduce stress and improve safety.

He has the audience massaging each other, while moaning and groaning out-loud. The men are encouraged to "get in touch with their feminine side" and the women growl like wild animals! According to Dr Neal - his techniques of getting people to step outside of their comfort zones like this, can prevent stress, improve communication skills and develop creativity.



Each talk is customized to the client, their profession and the theme of the conference.
